These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rot Together website and mobile app (the "Services"), provided by Sunset Arcade ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of others, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Beta services

As of the date of these Terms, the Services are offered on a pre-release / beta basis. They are provided "as is," may change or be discontinued at any time, and may contain bugs or interruptions. Features described on this site are subject to change.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Services.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Upload harmful code or misuse the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Streaming content and third parties

Rot Together helps you discover what to watch; it does not host, stream, or provide access to streaming content itself. Title data and availability are sourced from third-party providers. We do our best to keep this information current, but it may be inaccurate or out of date. Watching content requires your own subscriptions with the relevant providers, subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions. If and when paid plans are available, pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be presented at the point of purchase and may be handled through the app stores or another payment processor, subject to their terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Rot Together name, logo, and design, are owned by Sunset Arcade and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. Third-party trademarks and artwork belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunset Arcade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
